A re-brand for the future
Client:
A multidisciplinary engineering firm with clients in 150+ countries.
Challenge:
After 60+ years in business, the time had come to adapt to an evolving market and competitive context. The client needed a strong and relevant message to send to their clients, employees and partners to communicate a compelling vision for the next 60 years.
Solution:
Working directly with the CEO, a corporate re-brand was conducted to re-engage and excite employees and clients alike. Creating a brand purpose helped unify the organization around a single definition of why they are in business, enabling them to better connect with their employees, clients, partners and project communities.
Employee training was conducted to share the new brand purpose, positioning and how to tell the new brand story. Employees participated in an interactive workshop to demonstrate how their individual behaviors can bring the new brand to life.
The re-brand rallied and aligned the organization from the inside out, transforming into a purpose-driven brand, while vastly improving the client experience.
